Attorney Jim Belliveau is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, is an elected member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, and is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Jim is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. A graduate of Mars High School, Penn State and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Jim Belliveau understands the importance of giving back to his community. Jim is an active member of Memorial Park Presbyterian Church where he serves as an officer and Sunday school teacher. He volunteers with the North Allegheny High School Marching Band and the Lacrosse Club. Jim also volunteers for such organizations as the Pittsburgh Project, Hosanna Industries and World Vision. He acts as a judge in the Allegheny County Bar Association High School Mock Trial Competition, the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Mock Trial Competition and the Academy of Trial Lawyers Law School Mock Trial Competition. Jim is a former Director of the Huntington Woods Homeowners Association and a former Director of the Sterling Woods Homeowners Association.
